Incoming 7th Grader Parent Information:  Incoming 7th grade parent meeting will be on Monday, March 18th at 6:00 pm in the gold gym.  Please enter doors #14, 15, or 19.

NEW ENROLLMENTS:

You will need the following items to register your child(ren) at PHMS.  Please call our office (317-831-9208) to set up an enrollment appointment and bring these items with you:

  • Student's Birth Certificate
  • Student's Shot Records
  • Proof of Residency (if enrolling from out-of-district, click here for information and out-of-district enrollment application)
  • Parent/Guardian Driver's License
  • Custody Paperwork or Court Documentation (if applicable)

Skyward Help Videos for Parents

Students and parents are able to track student progress on Skyward, our student information system.  60-second videos are available to assist parents in using Skyward.  Find the helpful Skyward videos for parents here.

 

Reminder for Emailing Staff

If you are attempting to email teachers or staff members, please put “regarding student ____” in the subject line.  Many teachers are losing emails to spam and this will help them retrieve their messages.

 

Gleaners Food Pantry offered at PHMS

PHMS is excited to be partnering with Gleaners Food Bank to offer a Food Pantry to our Paul Hadley families on the first Tuesday of each month. If you are in need of food or household supplies, you may attend the event. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. McGowen at: edwina.mcgowen@mooresvilleschools.org .
