NEW ENROLLMENTS:

You will need the following items to register your child(ren) at PHMS.  Please call our office (317-831-9208) to set up an enrollment appointment and bring these items with you:

  • Student's Birth Certificate
  • Student's Shot Records
  • Proof of Residency (if enrolling from out-of-district, click here for information and out-of-district enrollment application)
  • Parent/Guardian Driver's License
  • Custody Paperwork or Court Documentation (if applicable)
  • If your child is new to PHMS, be sure to click through our Parent Orientation Slides to learn more about PHMS.

 

UPDATING STUDENT INFORMATION: 

Be sure your family contact information is up-to-date in our student system. Learn more about how parents can use Skyward with the Skyward Family Access Toolkit. Skyward family access includes communication tools, student grade information, lunch account information, and much more. 

 

Skyward Help Videos for Parents

Students and parents are able to track student progress on Skyward, our student information system.  60-second videos are available to assist parents in using Skyward.  Find the helpful Skyward videos for parents here.

 
TRANSPORTATION QUESTIONS: 

If you have questions regarding a bus route or bus arrival times, please contact our Transportation Department at 317-831-9220. 

 

Reminder for Emailing Staff

If you are attempting to email teachers or staff members, please put “regarding student ____” in the subject line.  Many teachers are losing emails to spam and this will help them retrieve their messages.

 

Gleaners Food Pantry offered at PHMS

PHMS is excited to be partnering with Gleaners Food Bank to offer a Food Pantry to our Paul Hadley families on the first Tuesday of each month.
